Our Quality Control is strict and rigorous, our certified technicians are constantly undergoing training, not only on new technologies and techniques, but also on in-house company culture and business practices. It’s in our DNA, it has to be done, and it has to be done right, the first time. Our Quality Control procedure goes as follows:
Some of our Quality Control Equipment consists of CMM Machines, Optical Projectors and Height Gauges, all in the hands of very qualified technicians.
After the sample is approved by our customer, each mold is ran for 3 hours at high speed, without plastic material. All possible problems and defects will be detected and taken care of, then the mold will be disassembled and photographed, all these images, along with our test results, will be made available to our customer for approval before our Quality Control Department releases the products for shipment.
